Thosbegbie Holdings originally is established in 1887 in Johannesburg as a foundry and engineering business serving the mining industry. The business was relocated to Middelburg in 1906. Now Thosbegbie Holdings consists of the following Divisions and subsidiaries:
  • Thos Begbie & Co.  -  Producer of water cooled components for the Melting Industry;
  • RST Special Metals  -  Producer of granulated metals for the foundry and steel making industries, ingots for forging industry;
  • Furnace Maintenance Africa  -  Supplier of induction furnaces and furnace protection systems;
  • Delberg Engineering  -  Manufacturer of tubular products.
