Established in 1989, located at the specially set-up industrial zone of the city Eskisehir, Turkey with 15.000 square meters of total and 7.000 square meters of closed working area, our privately owned casting and machining company has been serving both the Turkish and the International industry successfully. Our company is certificated to ISO-9001 by KEMA-Netherlands. Melting is performed with 2 double crucible induction furnaces (450 Kw each) under strict quality control processes helped and monitored by 22 channel ARL-3460 OE Spectrometer, metallography and hardness testing devices. As to the moulding, it is done as conventional green sand moulding as well as chromite sand moulding. Fettling shop comprises 2 shot blasting machines and various grinding equipment. Heat treatment is performed with 2 computer controlled electric furnaces with 1200º C. Maximum capacity and volumes of 2 and 8 cubic meters respectively together with high turbulence water quenching media and forced air cooling system. With this integrated system, annealing, normalizing, quenching and tempering processes are performed under controlled and conclusive conditions. Our machining shop is fully equipped with all kinds of machinery to finish the castings to the required specifications. Serving Turkish and International industry with finished and non-finished ferrous and non-ferrous castings over the years, we have added Zinc and Hi-Silicon Iron Sacrificial Anodes to our product line and has recently been awarded to supply the sacrificial Zinc Anodes of Libyan Man Made River Project.
