Adria RD Ltd. is one of the Bulgarian leading manufactures of complicated technical tools. We have tool-making experience since 1978. Our manufacturing program includes:
  • plastic injection molds designed to your specific requirements;
  • prototype models (if required) produced directly from our CAD/CAM system for rapid evaluation;
  • dies for aluminum pressure die casting;
  • stamping tools (single hit, progressive and transfer).
The products are intended for electrical, electronic, automotive, pharmaceutical and military industries.

In order to offer the most timely and cost effective solutions, we utilize high-end computer aided design tools. All of our designs are completely modeled in 3-D solid forms. This not only prevents errors in detailing, it also ensures that no interference's are overlooked. In addition it allows us to provide our customers with not only 2-D profiles, but also 3-D, certification and inspection data.

Adria RD Ltd. is equipped to meet the customer's tooling needs. Our workshop equipment includes CNC and DNC mill - Deckel, Mikrone, EDM wire and sinking Scharmille, radial and surface grinders, etc.

The sole purpose of any tool is to reliably produce acceptable part. The only way to do this with sound quality design to manufacture a quality tool, out of high quality materials. Key advantage of our tools is their competitive prices.

Our company had produced molds for Italian company Martini  and  German companies Form & Guss, Druckguss, Webasto.
