Established in 1952 as a state company, nowadays Matricon is part of the CIE Automotive Group We are offering full solutions starting from the design and construction of the moulds, pressure die casting, machining, surface treating and painting of different aluminum and zinc engine parts, parts for the steering, brackets, parts for the gearbox, fluid dynamics and antivibration. Our casting capacities you can see trough our consumption which is around 2.5 t aluminum and 10 t zinc per month. We design and manufacture pressure die-casting moulds / tools for aluminum and zinc alloys, stamp tools, and moulds for plastic injection, using 3D models with CAD/CAM connection. Our customers are automotive companies from Spain, Germany, Austria, Poland and England. |
