Incorporating 36 companies, the BLRT Grupp is one of the largest industrial enterprises of Estonia.

The main activities of the BLRT Grupp are: Ship repair and shipbuilding, Production of steel structures, Machine building, Scrap metal processing, Port services and stevedoring, Rolling stock repairing, Metal trading, etc.

The Foundry work, as a part of Machine building sector, comprises:
  • grey and ductile iron (sand moulded) casting;
  • chill (gravity-die) casting;
  • pressure-die casting;
  • centrifugal casting.
The castings are made of:
  • cast iron, weight up to 150 kg, max dimensions 500x400x250 mm;
  • carbon & manganese steel - max dimensions 400x250x200 mm;
  • copper alloys, weight up to 900 kg;
  • aluminium alloys - weight up to 80 kg.
The enterprise produces dies, patterns, press tools, etc.
