With many years of production experience, the foundry TOS-MET produces high quality:- grey cast iron (EN-GJL) - 150,
200, 250 and 300;
- nodular cast iron (EN-GJS) - 400-18, 400-15, 450-10, 500-7, 600-3 and 700-2.
The annual capacity of the foundry is 15 000 t of castings, which comprise three weight
categories:- up to 120 kg: automatic BMD moulding line 890 x 690 x 300/300, castings for brake drums and discs, cases, pumps, pressure distributors;
- 120 - 1200 kg:
furan-mixture line, the max. dimension of the frame is 2500 x 1500 mm, castings for stands, cases, pedestals, pumps, etc.;
- up to 12 500 kg: manual operated moulding shop with the furan
resin technology.
The TOS-MET company has the quality control system EN ISO 9001:2000 from RW TUV and CERT ACO. The enterprise is selling today a great part of its products on foreign
markets - Finland, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary and Belgium.
